1. What is your production times?

All Maploi products are made by hand, most of them are made to order. Our production times for custom made leather items are 2-4 business days. 


2. Where are you located?

Our headquarter Office is located in Malta. All orders are shipped from our studio, which is based in Istanbul. 


3. Do you ship worldwide?

We do ship worldwide. We ship by UPS registered mail so you’ll receive a track&trace number for your shipment. Please note that for deliveries outside the EU, import and tax costs are at your own expense.


4. WHAT ARE THE POSTAGE FEES?

Postage fees are available at checkout - depending on where you live.



5. WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY DELIVERY?

International deliveries vary depending on the location All deliveries are sent by UPS and will be delivered within 1-3 business days for Europe, 2-5 business days for US and 3-5 business days for rest of the World.


6. HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Your tracking details will be sent to you when your order has left the shop.

7. How do I measure my wrist size?

To make sure you order the right size: measure your wrist with a tape measure. Make sure it is adjusted well and that you don’t have any space left. The size that you see should fall in to the small, medium or large category.



8. How long does it take for my order to reach me?

The average delivery time frame is:


- US : 2 to 5 business days

- Canada : 2 to 5 business days

- Europe : 1 to 3 business days 

- Rest of The World: 3-5 business days


9. Do you accept custom orders/customisations?

Most certainly - Yes! We absolutely love custom orders, it represents a meaning (whether hidden or not) that is truly unique only to the person who requested the customization(s), and we love hearing your stories too! 


Definitely drop us a line with details of your customization requirements and we will send you a quotation and set up a custom listing for you to purchase.


10. The bracelet does not fit me, what do I do?

If for some reason your Maploi doesn’t fit, not to worry. Fill in the return form and we will exchange it for the right size. 


11. Can I return an item to Maploi?

We want you to love your Maploi Jewelry! But if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase we are happy to offer a full refund or exchange providing you send it back to us within 15 days of receipt.
